Bylaws change proposal to be voted on at the June 30, 2019 PAC Sothern California’s annual meeting:

ARTICLE 6   MEMBERS

SECTION 1.  DETERMINATION OF MEMBERS

The Members of the Corporation shall be divided into six (6) five (5) classes of membership as follows: Individual, California Individual, Organization, Family, Honorary and Supporting Member.

(a)   Individual  ….  The Individual membership is counted towards national representation in Congress.  Members who are Board members or National Directors shall be in the class of Individual members.

(b)  California Individual Member shall be defined as any individual person of Polish ancestry, or anyone related by blood or marriage to a person of Polish ancestry, and shall be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.  The California Individual membership is not counted for national representation in Congress.

(c)    Organization Member ….

(d)   Honorary … not have the right to vote … unless … Individual Membership or California Individual Membership.

(e)   Supporting Member ….

(f)   Family …. The Family Member membership is not counted towards national representation in Congress
